About Lily Lapenna MBE

Lily Lapenna MBE is the founder and Co-Chair of global social enterprise MyBnk.
From 2007 to 2016, Lily was CEO of MyBnk, which supports young people to become financially resilient and work ready.
MyBnk’s innovative work has won awards for excellence, most recently by the Centre for Social Justice and The Observer. After having successfully campaigned to include financial education into the UK school curriculum, Lily now sits on the Financial Capability Strategy Board.
The World Economic Forum honoured Lily as a Young Global Leader recognising her system changing approach to education. Ashoka and Aspen made her a fellow in acknowledgment of her global social impact.

Beyond her achievements in social change, Lily works as an executive coach, consultant and speaker.

Coaching
As a Psychosynthesis executive Coach, Lily supports professionals to achieve their goals by strengthening self-awareness, increasing resilience and unlocking their creative vitality.
Lily uses entrepreneurial questioning; deep listening and positive psychology and works with individuals as well as teams.

Consulting
Leveraging her entrepreneurial experience, Lily works with businesses to dream big and to be all that they may be. Her areas of expertise include strategy, agile thinking, corporate social innovation, change management and company culture.

Speaking
Lily is an authentic public speaker, storyteller and commentator. She Shares her stories and insights on entrepreneurship, social impact and innovation in business. She speaks for a range of organisations, from academic institutions to businesses, radio and TV.

Lily is mother to two amazing toddlers; she enjoys mentoring start-ups and investing in social and show business.
